If you’ve never seen fish size charts before then have I got something to show you!

Bass weight charts are really handy things to have with you when heading out fishing.

Bass weight by length charts allow you to measure your bass using a ruler and then find out the approximate weight of your bass using the calculations on the chart below.

Think of it as a quick and easy way to turn a measurement of length into weight.

It sure beats carrying a set of scales around with you!

If you don’t have a ruler, many fishing piers provide a fish ruler for you to use so that you know when to keep your catch and when to throw it back. Once you have the length of your fish you can immediately find out its weight by referring to the charts.

These bass size charts are a must have for me when I am out on the water because they keep me in line with the local fishing regulations, and I suggest you take them with you too.
